Our self-regulating heating cable product line forms a complete serialized system covering low, medium and high-temperature models, fully matching international mainstream imported heat tracing cable standards. The series includes DBR low-temperature 65℃ model corresponding to foreign BTV series, ZBR medium-temperature 105℃ model matching QTVR series, and GBR high-temperature 135℃ model equivalent to XTV series. The hierarchical temperature design and standardized model classification enable our products to replace imported products efficiently, providing cost-effective and high-reliability heat tracing solutions for global engineering projects of different temperature grades.

The DBR low-temperature 65℃ series is a universal basic model, specially developed for conventional low-temperature anti-freezing and mild thermal insulation scenarios. It features a maximum maintenance temperature of 65℃, a maximum surface temperature of 70℃±5℃ and a maximum withstand temperature of 105℃, fully adapting to daily anti-freezing requirements of water pipelines, solar energy pipelines, municipal facilities and ordinary industrial pipelines. The product supports multi-voltage operation of 12V, 24V, 36V, 110V, 220V and 380V, compatible with global power supply standards. It provides diversified power options including 10W/m, 15W/m, 20W/m and 25W/m at 10℃, meeting different heat load and pipeline specification demands.

The ZBR medium-temperature 105℃ series is an industrial upgraded model oriented to medium-temperature process heat tracing and medium anti-coagulation working conditions. Its maximum maintenance temperature and surface temperature reach 105℃±5℃, with a maximum withstand temperature of 135℃, which can handle thermal insulation of easily coagulated chemical media, industrial process pipelines and storage tanks. This model enriches high-power specifications from 25W/m to 60W/m, providing stronger heat compensation capacity for long-distance industrial pipelines and large-volume equipment, effectively preventing medium crystallization, wax precipitation and pipeline blockage in industrial production.

The GBR high-temperature 135℃ series is a high-end industrial special model, designed for high-temperature preheating and high-load industrial heat tracing scenarios. With a maximum withstand temperature of 135℃, it is widely used in nuclear power reactor preheating, fuel boiler preheating, gas device preheating and other special high-temperature industrial equipment. It perfectly fills the market gap of high-temperature self-regulating heat tracing products and can fully replace imported XTV series cables, providing stable high-temperature thermal protection for special industrial working conditions.

All three series of products pass strict explosion-proof certification with ExeⅡT4 explosion-proof grade, ensuring safe operation in flammable, explosive and corrosive hazardous areas. The full-range temperature coverage, multi-voltage adaptation and diversified power matching realize one-stop model selection from civil low-temperature anti-freezing to industrial high-temperature heat tracing.
